Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return slip is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
